What is Neo City Invest?
Neo City Invest is a Saudi-based innovation platform that accelerates transformative startups. We bridge the gap between developers, contractors, government entities, and cutting-edge startups to accelerate innovation and create the cities of tomorrow.
Where is Neo City Invest based?
Our headquarters is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with additional presence in Jeddah and Dammam. We also work with startups and partners internationally.
What sectors do you focus on?
We focus on smart city technologies, urban innovation, proptech, construction tech, sustainable infrastructure, mobility solutions, and any technology that can transform how we build and live in cities.
For Startups
How can my startup join your accelerator?
You can apply through our Flagship Program page. We accept applications on a rolling basis and run cohorts twice a year. Selection is based on innovation potential, team strength, market opportunity, and alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
What stage startups do you work with?
We work primarily with early-stage startups (pre-seed to Series A) that have a working prototype or MVP. However, we also support later-stage companies looking to expand into the Saudi market.
What do startups receive from the program?
Selected startups receive: up to 500K SAR in funding, office space in Riyadh, mentorship from industry experts, connections to government entities and contractors, pilot project opportunities, and access to our investor network.
Do you take equity?
Yes, we typically take a small equity stake (5-10%) in exchange for our investment and support. Exact terms are discussed during the selection process and vary based on the stage and needs of each startup.

How can we become a partner?
We partner with government entities, developers, contractors, corporations, and investors. Contact our partnerships team through the Contact page to discuss collaboration opportunities.
What are the benefits of partnership?

Can international companies partner with you?

Do you have a venture fund?
Yes, we operate a 100M SAR fund dedicated to investing in startups that go through our accelerator program and other promising ventures in our focus areas.
Can I invest alongside Neo City Invest?
