How We Started
Founded in 2019, NeoCity emerged from a simple observation: Saudi Arabia has the vision, resources, and ambition to become a global innovation hub—but the bridge between transformative ideas and real-world implementation was missing.
We set out to build that bridge. By bringing together startups, developers, contractors, and government entities, we've created an ecosystem where innovation doesn't just happen—it thrives and scales.
